Casey Hughes

Casey Hughes has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2015. In 2015, they were a Physical Therapist at Hands On Physical Therapy and Brookdale. In 2017, they became a Client Success & Operations Specialist and Supervising Physical Therapist at Outcomes Therapy Services. In 2018, they were a Client Success Partner & Project Coordinator at Keet Health. Currently, they are the Head of Specialty Services for Musculoskeletal, Data and Reporting Lead, and Client Success Manager at Medici. In their role at Medici, they are responsible for customer success management, onboarding and product adoption, and customer health monitoring. At Outcomes Therapy Services, they provided clinical user support and consulting, project coordination, and implementation and change management. At Keet Health, they were responsible for project coordination, quality control, and client success and technical support.

Casey Hughes has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, obtained in 2015 after studying Physical Therapy/Therapist from 2012-2015. Prior to that, Casey obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas A&M University from 2007-2011. In October 2016, Casey obtained a Fellowship of Applied Functional Science from Gray Institute. In February 2020, Casey obtained a Certified Lymphedema Therapist from Norton School Of Lymphatic. In August 2015, Casey obtained a Physical Therapist certification from Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Most recently, in 2020, Casey obtained a Specialization in Project Management Principles and Practices from University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business and a Course in Introduction to Project Management from University of Adelaide.
