Stephanie Downs

Stephanie Downs has a diverse range of work experience. Stephanie is currently working as a Product Owner at Medici, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at findhelp, where they held multiple roles including Product Owner from December 2021 to February 2023, Product Specialist from January 2021 to January 2022, Data Operations Supervisor from August 2019 to January 2021, and Data Quality Specialist from November 2018 to August 2019. Before findhelp, Stephanie worked as a Social Work Intern at KaleidaCare Management Solutions from January to November 2018. Stephanie also gained experience at the City of Austin, where they worked as a Program Instructor from October 2017 to November 2018 and as an Activity Specialist from May 2014 to October 2017. Stephanie's career journey began as an Intern at Goodwill Central Texas from August 2016 to May 2017.

Stephanie Downs obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from St. Edward's University, which they completed between 2013 and 2017. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Social Work (MS) at The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed between 2017 and 2018. In addition to their educational background, Stephanie has also obtained several certifications including SQL Developer from W3Schools.com in June 2023, Software Product Management Specialization from Coursera in March 2023, and Product Manager Certification Level 1 from Pragmatic Institute in October 2022.
