Becca Stubbs

Becca Stubbs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Becca started their career in 2009 as an Assistant Teacher at Children's Discovery Center, where they provided basic care for children. In 2012, they worked as a Full-Time Nanny for four children, taking care of their daily needs and assisting with household chores.

In 2013, Becca served as a Volunteer Intern at Urban Ministries, assisting patients with completing eligibility paperwork and checking them in for appointments. Becca then worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School from 2012 to 2014, where they attended to children's basic needs and provided activities to encourage exploration and problem-solving.

Becca joined Wake County Public School System in 2015 as a Student Teacher, creating a safe classroom environment, collaborating with other teachers, and establishing clear objectives for lessons. During the same year, they also worked as a Waitress at Salem Street Pub, attending to customer requests and operating POS terminals.

In 2015, Becca started working at Medfusion Inc. as a Patient Chat Representative and later transitioned to the role of Customer Care Representative. In these roles, they addressed customer needs through various channels, escalated issues to key stakeholders, and collaborated with Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot problems.

From 2017 to 2019, Becca continued their career at Medfusion Inc. as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, they educated clients on software systems, served as an operational point of contact, and designed project plans to ensure successful implementations.

Becca joined NextGen Healthcare in 2019 as an Implementation Specialist, responsible for assisting clients in implementing and utilizing software systems.

Most recently, Becca Stubbs joined Medicom Technologies Inc. as a Project Manager in November 2022, overseeing project management and implementation.
