Carla Niutta

Carla Niutta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Their most recent position is as the Director of Sales Enablement and Marketing at Medicus IT, a healthcare IT provider. In this role, they help healthcare organizations optimize patient care through technology and oversees IT infrastructure, operations, and organizational transformation.

Prior to that, Carla worked at Orange Business Services in various managerial positions. As the Manager of Strategic Programs and Initiatives, they implemented strategies to increase sales with technology partners through account mapping and marketing initiatives. In their role as Manager of Sales Operations, they focused on driving sales initiatives and composed internal communications promoting sales wins. Additionally, as Manager of Business Operations, they streamlined processes, tracked customer satisfaction, and developed a knowledge-sharing program.

Before joining Orange Business Services, Carla worked at Deutsche Bank. As an Assistant Vice President, they created and produced equity investor conferences and managed the event planning process. Carla also worked as an Executive Assistant, streamlining operations and managing research publication projects.

Carla's early work experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Orange Business Services, where they supported the Head of Latin America and handled HR functions. Carla also worked as the Head of Administrative Operations at Hackensack Radiology Group, where they supervised administrators, conducted marketing activities, and implemented new protocols.

Carla Niutta has an education history that includes degrees in Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS) and Spanish Language and Literature. Carla earned a BA degree from Villanova University in 1996 and an MA degree from New York University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to their university education, they attended Pascack Valley High School from 1988 to 1992. In 1995, they spent a year at the University of Valencia, where they focused on Spanish culture, language, and literature.
