Dr Sarwar Chowdhury has extensive work experience in the field of Occupational Health. Dr Sarwar currently works as an Occupational Health Physician at Medigold Health, where they are involved in various areas such as Health Surveillance, Statutory Medicals, Screening/Pre-placement Assessments/Medicals, and Ill-Health Retirement Assessments. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Medical Doctor at DrSarwar Ltd. and held various roles as a Foundation Year 2 Doctor at Birmingham Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, and Woodgate Valley Surgery. Dr Sarwar also served as a Foundation Year 1 Doctor at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust.

From 2020 to 2023, they pursued an MSc in Occupational Medicine at The University of Manchester, specializing in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene.

Between 2007 and 2012, they studied at Queen Mary University of London, obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree in Medicine.

From 2004 to 2006, they attended Farnham College, where they completed their A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths.
