Kristen Williams

Kristen (Dolphy) Williams is an experienced professional in account management within the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at MedImpact since November 2011. Kristen manages a team of account executives, focusing on financial and strategic oversight for self-insured clients, including state, government, university, and large employer groups. Prior roles include Executive Director of Client Service at Catalyst Rx, Director of Strategic Accounts at Walgreens Health Initiatives, and National Client Services Director at Take Care Health Systems, where Kristen developed and supported teams to enhance client revenue and retention.
