Sylvestre Grizot has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The National Institutes of Health until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they then worked as a Scientist at Mutabilis. In 2005, they joined Cellectis as a Project Leader until 2011. During their tenure at Cellectis, they played a crucial role in leading projects. In 2011, they joined MedinCell as a Research Director and has been in this position until present. At MedinCell, they played a significant role in expanding the current Bepo® technology for biologics. Sylvestre also developed formulations for controlled release of monoclonal or bispecific antibodies, utilizing various strategies and techniques.

From 1992 to 1994, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they pursued their Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (CPGE) with a focus on Math Sup / Maths Spé P'.
Sylvestre then went on to study at CentraleSupélec from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Bioengineering.
In 1996-1997, they attended Pierre and Marie Curie University and obtained a DEA degree in Molecular Biophysics.
Finally, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued their Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology at Université Grenoble Alpes.
