Richard Crinion has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Richard started their career as a Securities Analyst at Citi in 2011 and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Richard served as a Compliance Manager at State Street. Following this, they joined Jupiter Asset Management as the Head of Compliance for Ireland, a role they held until 2022. In 2022, Richard joined Goodbody as the Head of Funds Compliance before moving to their current position as the Head of Compliance at Mediolanum Irish Operations in 2023.

Richard Crinion has a Professional Certificate in Compliance from IOB, a Certificate in Management from IBEC, a University Diploma in Financial Services from IOB, and an LLB with German Law from the University of Aberdeen.
