Michael J. Vantusko

Michael J. Vantusko has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, holding this role in multiple companies. Michael J. served as the CFO for MediQuant starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were the CFO at Campaign Monitor from January 2019 to February 2022. Michael J. also held the position of CFO at Achieve3000 from November 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, Michael served as the CFO and member of the Board of Directors at OverDrive Holdings, Inc. from October 2010 to June 2015. Michael J. was also the CFO and Senior Vice President at Waterlink, Inc. from 1996 to 2000. Before that, they served as the CFO of Waxman Industries, Inc. from 1995 to 1996. Between these roles, Michael was the President of Grantwood Consulting LLC/Grantwood Capital, LLC, a financial consulting firm providing expertise and investment services to smaller private/public companies. Michael J. Vantusko completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance at Miami University, which they attended from 1974 to 1978. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Banking and Finance at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they studied from 1979 to 1981. Additionally, Michael holds an active certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
