Rachel Hendrickson

Rachel Hendrickson is the Associate Director of Strategic Growth at MediSked. Rachel has previous experience working as the Service and Support Administration and Transformation Manager at Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, where they were responsible for leading a team of 10 staff members and providing ongoing training and coaching. Rachel has a proven track record of streamlining services and improving overall system performance. Rachel is an expert in compliance with all board policies, rules, and regulations, and has a deep understanding of the Ohio Revised Code, collective bargaining agreements, and other pertinent state or federal laws. Rachel is a highly effective manager with the ability to handle complex situations and implement innovative collaborative approaches.

Rachel Hendrickson has a Master of Education from Cleveland State University in Sport Management with an Emphasis in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Rachel also has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Akron in Business & Organizational Communication with an Emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Sales Management.

They work with Bennett Goldstein - Associate Director, Product Development, Shayne Champion - CISO, and Jennifer Matasovsky - Associate Director, Product Delivery & Operations. Rachel Hendrickson reports to Doug Golub, President & Co-Founder.
