Fulya Kardaşlar Taşkın is the current Chief People Officer at Meditopia. Prior to this, they worked as the SVP, HR Business Partner Lead, HeadOffice and Subsidiaries at ING from August 2016 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding, talent and performance management, talent development, succession planning, rotation, promotion, engagement and offboarding of talents in the related accounts. Fulya was also the HR Sponsor for Agile Transformation and Data Driven Organization Transformation.
Before ING, Taşkın worked as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Pfizer from April 2007 to July 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the compensation and benefits programs for Pfizer employees in Turkey.
Fulya Kardaslar Taşkın has a post-graduate degree in Executive MBA from Koç University. Fulya also has a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University. In addition, they have certification from the Gestalt Coaching Program-Istanbul & Toronto in Gestalt Coaching Certificate and from A&D Resources in Hogan Assessment Systems.
Fulya Kardaşlar Taşkın reports to Berk Yilmaz, Co-Founder. They work with Gustav Lindqvist - Chief Data Officer, Pilar Cardenas - Chief Growth Officer, and Yasemin Bahar - Chief Business Development Officer.
