Carin Collin has extensive experience in various roles within the field of customer success, operations strategy, management consulting, and procurement. Currently, they hold the position of VP Customer Success at Medius, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Previously, Carin served as the Practice Lead Sales & AM Excellence at Trustly, where they built market-leading practices and process excellence within the Sales and Account Management organizations. Carin also worked as the Director of Customer Success & Operations Strategy at Medius, where they defined new processes and governance models to improve customer success management. Prior to that, Carin was a Management Consultant at Cupole Consulting Group, where they identified new business opportunities, created value-based proposals, and managed project delivery. Carin began their career at Accenture, specializing in change management, sourcing, and procurement. Carin also worked at IBX Group AB as a Senior Consultant, focusing on user adoption and strategic sourcing in global procurement implementations. Additionally, they gained experience as a Contracts Manager at FMV Swedish Defence Materiel Administration.
Carin Collin obtained their MSC degree in Industrial Engineering from Linköping University, studying from 1997 to 2003.
