Matt Bittner

Matt Bittner is the Chief Commercial Officer at MEDIVIS. Matt has over 18 years of experience in medical sales, including management positions at Synaptive Medical and Medtronic. Matt has also worked as a Medical Sales Representative and District Sales Trainer at Alcon Laboratories, Inc.

Bittner began their career in medical sales at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in November 2003. In April 2006, they were promoted to Area Sales Manager - Surgical Navigation at Medtronic. Matt held this position until they joined Synaptive Medical in January 2015 as Vice President, North American Sales.

At Synaptive, Bittner was responsible for launching several new technologies into the Neurosurgical OR, including robotic digital visualization, whole brain tractography/DTI and brain mapping, highly accurate surgical navigation, midfield MRI, and informatics. Matt also had full P and L responsibility for the field Sales and Clinical Applications groups.

Bittner left Synaptive Medical in April 2022 to become the Chief Commercial Officer at MEDIVIS.

Matt Bittner has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.
