Meet Kate Molina, a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for Med-Kick with 20 years of experience in healthcare sales, specializing in CCRC, Home Health and C-suite sales. Prior to Med-Kick, Kate spent the last 10 years with Erickson Senior Living, Inc, where she delivered outstanding results, not only in occupancy and financial results, but also as a leader of people and development. She is skilled in nurturing leads, developing referral sources, and closing challenging opportunities. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UT Dallas and an MBA in Healthcare Management from UT Tyler. Kate attributes her success to her ability to listen to customers and put their needs first.
