David Gill

David Gill has extensive experience in recruitment, primarily in the fields of information technology and healthcare. Currently serving as the Lead Recruiter for Medline Industries, Inc. since March 2016, David has managed full-cycle recruitment for various roles across multiple locations. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at RevenueRx, where the focus was on rapidly expanding the people operations area, and consulting as Sr. Recruiter for top tech companies in the Bay Area with BINC. Additionally, David has worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Performant Financial Corporation, Technical Sourcer/Recruiter at Google, and held multiple recruiting and HR positions at HSS and AppleOne Employment Services. Early in the career, David gained experience as a Technical Writer at JDSU and served in the US Army, obtaining commendations for performance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Communication in Business Technology from the Masters Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Psychology from DeAnza College.
