Lucas Guarnaccio

Lucas Guarnaccio is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and chemical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Medline Industries, LP since May 2018, Lucas has held various roles within the company, including Engineering Manager, Senior Engineer, and Process Engineer. Prior to this, Lucas worked at Rust-Oleum Corporation from May 2013 to May 2018, progressing through positions as Product Development Chemist II, Process Chemist/Engineer II, and Process Chemist/Engineer I. Lucas began the career as a Rotational Intern at Rust-Oleum Corporation and gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from June 2011 to May 2012. Lucas holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, complemented by a strong educational foundation from Libertyville High School.
