Josh Dau

Josh Dau has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on product management and leadership roles. Josh most recently worked as the Vice President of Product Management at MedMutual Protect, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Kemper Health from November 2019. Before that, they served as the EVP Products at IHC Carrier Solutions from April 2018 to November 2019. Josh also worked at National General Insurance as the Vice President of Individual Products from October 2015 to December 2017. Before transitioning into product management, Josh worked in various actuary roles at Assurant Health, Ameriprise Financial Services Inc., Fortis Financial Group, and Principal Financial Group. Josh began their career as an attorney at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C.

Josh Dau obtained a JD degree in Law from the University of Minnesota Law School between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota Duluth, earning a BS degree in Math and Economics from 1992 to 1996.
