Debra Kasper

Debra Kaspar joined Mednax in 1999 and currently serves as Regional Vice President, responsible for operations throughout the Northern region. Prior to this appointment, she served in key leadership roles in each of Mednax’s operating divisions and with the corporate team. With over 20 years of experience in health care, financial management, and consulting, Ms. Kaspar works closely with hospital partners, medical leadership, and portfolio services to ensure high levels of satisfaction with the hospital and group’s clinical, operational, financial, and strategic endeavors.

Ms. Kaspar holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, as well as a master’s degree in healthcare administration. In addition, she holds certifications in national public accounting, cost accounting, and coding.
