Sanjay Dasmohapatra

Sanjay Dasmohapatra has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sanjay started their career at Zydus Cadila as the In-Charge of Plant QA operations, where they were involved in equipment qualification, process validation, and handling market complaints. Sanjay also played a key role in technology transfer projects and presented quality management systems to inspectors during plant visits. Sanjay then moved to Micro Labs Ltd. as the General Manager of Quality Assurance, where they implemented a quality management system and obtained regulatory approvals. Sanjay then joined FDC as the General Manager of Corporate QA before returning to MEDOPHARM as the Vice President of Technical. In this role, they focused on product development, process optimization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Sanjay later became the Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance at Micro Labs Ltd., where they continued to oversee quality management systems and regulatory compliance. In their most recent role as the President of Technical & Operations at MEDOPHARM, Sanjay was responsible for enforcing the quality management system, developing vendor partnerships, and strategizing business development based on global regulatory requirements. Sanjay also managed GMP audits, greenfield projects, and continuous improvement plans for operational excellence, while interacting with key customers and regulatory authorities.

Sanjay Dasmohapatra studied at Arizona State University from 1975 to 1985. Sanjay obtained a degree in B. Pharm with a focus on ICSE.
