Isabelle Fournier has held a variety of roles in the business world since 1997. Isabelle began their career at GROUPE M6 as Deputy General Manager of the Home Shopping Service France & Belgium. In this role, they were a member of the Executive Committee responsible for Sales, Buying, Marketing, Audiovisual Production, Supply, and Customer Experience. Isabelle then held the role of Head of Sales, Marketing & Production for the same service, where they were responsible for leading return to revenue growth and optimizing profitability. After this role, Isabelle moved to the Netherlands to become the General Manager of the Home Shopping Service Netherlands, where they were responsible for adapting the business model in a competitive market. Isabelle then moved to Canada to become the General Manager of the Home Shopping Service Canada, where they were responsible for launching the activity in record time and guaranteeing the profitability of the company in 6 months. In 2015, Isabelle became the Chairwoman Elect of ERA GLOBAL, a non-profit association representing the interests of the Multi-Channel Home Shopping Industry and direct-to-consumer business. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales for Medoucine.com, the first French network of certified practitioners in alternative medicine.

Isabelle Fournier has a Master 2 degree from Novancia Business School Paris - ESCP Business School, obtained in 1996. Isabelle also holds a certification from LinkedIn in Adopter la RSE et la culture inclusive en entreprise, obtained in March 2022.
