Florent Roche has a significant amount of experience in the medical field, specifically in imaging and clinical trials. Florent began their career as an R&D Engineer at FENICS, where they focused on breast cancer diagnosis using image processing algorithms and machine learning. After that, they worked at BioClinica as an R&D Engineer, specializing in the longitudinal analysis of brain MRIs for clinical trials. Florent was responsible for developing new brain biomarkers, conducting statistical analysis, and managing clinical data. Currently, Florent is a Principal Software Engineer at Medpace, where they work on the development of new Image Quantification Services for imaging clinical trials in various therapeutic areas.
Florent Roche holds a Master's degree in Data Mining and Machine Learning from Université Lumière Lyon 2, which was completed in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes, covering the period from 2004 to 2009.
