Lanisha Harrell

Lanisha Harrell, LMSW, has extensive experience in social work and case management, serving in various capacities since 2011. Currently a Case Management Consultant at MedPartners since March 2018, Lanisha provides educational resources on case management and discharge planning, while also developing a pilot program to enhance collaboration between Social Workers and RN case managers. Previous roles include Facility Social Worker at Fresenius Medical Care, where psychosocial assessments were conducted, and Medical Social Worker at MedPartners, managing complex care patient discharges. As an Inpatient Case Manager at JPS Health Network, individualized discharge plans were created, and as a Service Coordinator for the Ryan White Program, educational events were organized. Lanisha holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Kansas, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution, completed in 2010.
