Kathy Gonzales

Kathy Gonzales has extensive work experience in various healthcare consulting and management positions. Kathy is currently the Chief of Staff at NYCHSRO\Medreview since February 2019. Previously, they worked as a Healthcare Consultant at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Revenue Recovery at Cotiviti from 2014 to 2017. From 2010 to 2014, they were the CEO of Organization Performance at MedUnion Consulting. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Accenture from 2007 to 2010. Kathy was also involved in the establishment and leadership of the Philadelphia Chapter of NSHMBA from 2000 to 2003. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager of Healthcare Revenue Cycle at EY from 1998 to 2003 and as a Senior Consultant at Healthscope from 1991 to 1997.

Kathy Gonzales holds an MBA in Health Administration and Finance from Widener University. Kathy also possesses a B.A. in Psychology (with a minor in Accounting) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Kathy has a Certificate in Integrative Coaching from John F Kennedy University-School of Integrative Coaching. Furthermore, they have received training as a coach from Martha Beck Inc, becoming a Martha Beck Trained Coach.
