Sarah Eidson Hatchel has a strong background in clinical operations and rehabilitation services. Sarah began as a Physical Therapist at Choice Health Management Services in February 2014 and later became the Director of Rehabilitation in January 2017. Sarah then joined Broad River Rehab as the Director of Rehabilitation Services in December 2020, before moving on to National Health Rehabilitation Physiatry as the Director of Clinical Operations in February 2021. Sarah then worked at medrina, where they held roles as the Director of Clinical Operations starting in November 2022 and later promoted to Senior Director of Clinical Operations in March 2023. Currently, they are the Vice President of Clinical Operations at First Docs, starting in January 2024.

Sarah Eidson Hatchel earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Winston-Salem State University, accomplishing it from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS) from ABPTS and as a Physical Therapist from FSBPT.
