Maria-Jose Ramirez, PhD, CMPC, is an accomplished Performance Excellence Consultant with extensive experience in coaching and educational roles. Currently leading MJ Performance Consulting since 2010, Maria-Jose has developed online coaching programs aimed at enhancing confidence among women in business and guiding young leaders. Additionally, Maria-Jose serves as an Area Representative for ASSE International, Inc., mentoring exchange students, and holds mentoring responsibilities at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. With a dynamic presence in the podcasting space through "Alcanza Tu Excelencia," Maria-Jose teaches the application of mental skills for everyday success. A professor at Clínica MEDS, Maria-Jose integrates sport psychology principles into various fields. With a robust academic background that includes a PhD from Penn State University in Outdoor Adventure Education and a Master’s in Human Kinetics, Maria-Jose continues to contribute to the fields of psychology and high-performance consulting.
