Daniel Höglund

Daniel Höglund has over 14 years of work experience in the finance and accounting field. Daniel began their career in 2007 at Reitan Convenience Sweden AB as an Accountant, then a Regional Controller, and eventually a Group Controller. In 2014, they moved to VWR as a Nordic Financial Controller. In 2015, they became a Group Financial Controller (Consultant) at Teleopti. In 2016, they were a Finance Director at Qapital. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Senior Financial Controller (Consultant) at Apoteksgruppen and a Senior Group Financial Controller, Financial Planning and Analysis (Consultant) at Estate FM Group. In 2020, they were a Business Controller at Kry. Since 2017, they have also been a Board Member and Head of Finance (part-time) at My Independence AB. In 2021, they became a Group Controller at MEDS Apotek, where they analyse income statement and balance sheet and reports of outcomes and deviations from budget and forecast on a monthly basis. Daniel also supports sales, purchasing and logistics with analyzes, follow-ups and investigations of an ad hoc nature, and conducts business cases and creates presentation material, for example decision material for the management team and Board.

Daniel Höglund obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from Karlstad University between 2002 and 2006. Daniel also attended Hawaii Pacific University in 2001, studying Business Administration and Management, General.
