Chantelle M. C. has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Chantelle M. began their career at Gasan Group Limited as an HR & Administration Assistant in 2014, where they were responsible for managing payroll, participating in departmental planning, and assisting with recruitment and selection processes. Chantelle M. then joined Medserv plc in 2016 as an HR Coordinator for their Malta operations, where they supported HR processes, managed recruitment, and assisted employees with queries and performance issues. In 2019, Chantelle moved to MedservRegis plc, where they served as a Corporate HR Officer before being promoted to Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. In their current role, they partner with the leadership team to execute the organization's talent strategy, manage the talent acquisition process, and propose competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract top talent.

Chantelle M. C. pursued their education at MCAST (Malta College of Arts, Science, and Technology) in Paola, Malta. Chantelle M. first obtained an Intermediate Certificate in Business, specializing in Business & Commerce, from 2008 to 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they completed a BTEC - National Diploma in Business, also focusing on Business & Commerce. Finally, Chantelle M. C. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Enterprise from MCAST from 2011 to 2014.
