Jason Limerick has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jason started their career in 2004 as an Educational Coordinator at US Support Company, where they developed and implemented training programs. In 2006, they joined Lowe's Home Improvement as a Human Resource Manager, overseeing HR operations and implementing programs and policies.

In 2011, Limerick joined Baker Hughes as a Human Resources Manager, providing support and direction to product lines in multiple states. Jason oversaw the acquisition of a competing oilfield services company.

In 2013, Limerick moved to BHP as an HR Business Partner, supporting senior leadership and leading strategic workforce planning initiatives. Jason later became the Manager of Leadership and Culture, overseeing D&I initiatives and change management processes. Jason served in this role until 2020.

After leaving BHP, Limerick joined Woodside Energy in 2022 as the Sustainability Strategy Lead, responsible for developing the company's sustainability strategy.

Throughout their career, Limerick has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, leadership development, culture transformation, and strategic planning.

Jason Limerick holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Louisiana State University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications at LSU Shreveport. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jason has also obtained certifications such as the U of H CCUS Certification from the University of Houston in October 2021 and the SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
