Matt Marconi

Matt Marconi has a solid work experience that spans various industries. Matt started their career in 2003 as an Account Manager at Argent Mortgage Company and later worked as an Account Executive at Encore Credit Corp. In 2006, they became an Account Manager at PCHL and then moved on to become a Senior Account Executive at CareerBuilder.com in 2007. Matt spent a year at ADP Dealer Services as an Inside Sales Representative before joining Greystone Healthcare Management in 2009 as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Labor. At Greystone Healthcare, they provided leadership and support to the talent acquisition team, developed recruiting processes, and managed recruitment initiatives. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Talent Acquisition Strategy Leader on a contract basis for American Senior Communities. Matt joined Potbelly Sandwich Works in 2019 as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and then moved on to be the Director of Talent Acquisition at Brookfield Properties in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent at MedSpeed, starting in September 2021.

Matt Marconi attended Northern Illinois University from 1998 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
