Lauren Sain

Lauren Sain is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at Medsphere Systems Corporation since October 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Human Resources Manager at Valley Rubber, LLC from March 2016 to October 2021, and was a Store Manager at Better Than Before Consignment from May 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities included inventory management, cash drawer monitoring, sales, and consignor relations. Lauren holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Calhoun Community College, earned between 2008 and 2011, and graduated with an Honors Diploma from Hartselle High School in 2008.
