Toly Melnikov

Toly Melnikov is the current Director of Software Engineering at MedStudy. Prior to this, they held the position of Software Development Manager at Ria Financial from July 2013 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery of technical solutions for the business needs of the world's third largest international money transfer company. Toly also managed a team of 14, which included front end developers, back end developers and both manual and automation QA engineers. In addition, they coordinated and managed relationships with other Euronet sister companies (Ria Core, HiFx). Toly also helped shape the development workflow utilizing best practices including continuous integration with automated test runs, automated build and deploy process and automated security penetration scans. Toly was the direct point of contact for all cross-functional leadership such as compliance, UX, security and operations. Toly's team built the solution from the ground up which is now responsible for over a billion dollars in principal transferred per year.

Before their role at Ria Financial, Toly was Lead Developer at Technicolor from November 2007 to February 2012. During their time there, they were responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions. Toly also created and maintained technical documentation.

Toly Melnikov has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Toly Melnikov works with Sarah Bearden - Director of Production, Linda Wagner - Vice President, and Marisa Giggey - Sales & Support Director. Joe Luciano - Systems Engineer, Peter Chin - Senior Software Engineer, and Morgan Gray - Software Engineer report to Toly Melnikov. Toly Melnikov reports to Tony Hannaman, President & CEO.
