Hira started their career as a Communication Manager at Development Support Services, Health Infrastructure Program in 2011. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, where they were a core evaluation team member for two multimillion-dollar health-focused policy interventions.
