Erica Carnrite

Erica Carnrite currently serves as VP, Head of Data at Medtronic since August 2023. Previously, Erica held various leadership roles at Nike from April 2019 to August 2023, including VP of Enterprise Data & Analytics Enablement and Senior Director of Enterprise Data Governance, where significant advancements in data governance and maturity were achieved. Prior experience includes over a decade at Under Armour in roles such as Director of Master Data & Data Quality, where Erica implemented a standard method for measuring the business value of data, and various managerial positions focused on architecture and product development systems. Erica began a career in academia at Cornell University as a Project Manager after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University.
