Kyla Eisman

Kyla (White) Eisman, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and inclusion. Currently serving as Senior HR Director at Medtronic, Kyla has held various leadership positions including Director and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Client Services and Recruitment Director at Hyrian, as well as roles at Hunter Recruitment Advisors as both Recruitment Associate and Recruitment Coordinator. Kyla earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Southern California and furthered education at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
