Justin Bage has extensive work experience in the medical field. Justin started their career in 1999 at MedCorp A FirstMed Company, where they served as the Director of Communications and Special Operations until 2013. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Critical Care Paramedic at Rapid Response EMS, LLC. In 2014, they joined Parastar as a Paramedic Dispatcher until 2017. Justin then moved on to Mobile Medical Corporation, where they held positions as the Director of Medical Services from 2017 to 2019 and as a Regional On-site Medical Supervisor from 2014 to 2019. Since 2014, they have also been working at North Baltimore EMS as a Paramedic, with their current role ongoing. Currently, Justin serves as the Director of Communications at MedTrust, a position they started in November 2019. Throughout their career, they have gained certifications including NRP-CC, STS, and CPC.

Justin Bage has a diverse education history. Justin obtained a diploma in College/University Preparatory from Cardinal Stritch High School in 1999. In 2000, they became a National Registered Paramedic (NRP) through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Also in 2000, they obtained an Ohio Paramedic certification from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. From 2000 to 2002, they pursued a degree in Health Human Service with a field of study in Paramedics at The University of Toledo. In 2008, they completed an Aviation degree in Aircraft Pilot (Private) from Suburban Aviation. In 2014, they earned an OSHA 30 certification from the University of South Florida. In 2018, they obtained an OSHA 510 & 500 Instructor certification from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, they have obtained several other certifications, including Safety Trained Supervisor and Illinois Paramedic.
