Lenna Macdonald

Lenna Macdonald has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lenna currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at MedTrust since June 2021, and has been a Member of the Board of Directors since February 2015. Lenna Macdonald is also a Member of Charleston Angel Partners since April 2006 and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Dynepic, Inc. since October 2014. Lenna has held various roles in different companies throughout their career, including President/Founder at BVCC, LLC (Balnakeil Ventures) since September 2011 and Chief Strategy Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Force Protection, Inc. from November 2007 to December 2011. Lenna Macdonald has also held positions as VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Commonwealth Industries, Inc. (nka Aleris, Inc.) from August 1999 to December 2004, and Counsel at Vencor, Inc. (nka Kindred Healthcare, Inc.) in 1998. Lenna began their career as Banc One Counsel/BONHAM Subsidiary Assistant General Counsel at Banc One Corporation (nka JP Morgan Chase & Co) from June 1993 to November 1998. Additionally, they have served as a Member of the Board of Directors at EMC Quantum Paint since January 2015 and the Charleston Symphony Orchestra from July 2016 to July 2022.

Lenna Macdonald holds a JD degree in Law from Emory University School of Law. Lenna also studied Government and International Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and earned an AB degree in Political Science and Biology from Brown University.
