Tomasz Karwatka

Tomasz Karwatka's work experience begins in 2017 when they co-founded Vue Storefront, an open-source frontend for eCommerce. Tomasz played multiple roles in the company, including co-founder and member of the supervisory board. In 2021, they became a shareholder in Vue Storefront.

In 2021, Karwatka also co-founded Catch the Tornado, a company focused on helping entrepreneurs build global and impactful organizations in the enterprise software space.

Karwatka served as a strategic investor and advisor to the board at cyberFolks.pl starting in 2022. Tomasz also became an angel investor in Eleven Labs the same year.

In 2022, Karwatka took on multiple angel investor and business angel roles in various companies, including refine, Medusa, Sagenso, Restaumatic, and Demoboost.

Tomasz'smost recent work experience is with Forward Operators, where they started in 2023 as an investor bringing AI to businesses and acting as an expert partner for building AI-based products.

Tomasz Karwatka's education history begins with their studies in Computer Science at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Tomasz attended this university until 2005. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Enterprise Management at the same institution from 2005 to 2007. In 2020, Tomasz attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they focused on studying Digital Transformation: The Technology, Innovation, and Leadership Nexus. In 2021, they attended the London Business School to learn about Entrepreneur 3.0.
