Melissa Koehler

Melissa Koehler is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Medusind. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of SVP - North America HR and Global Inclusion & Diversity at Firstsource. Before that, Melissa worked at Cognizant in various HR roles from Director to Senior Associate. Melissa also served as the Director of Human Resources at SBLM Architects where Melissa established and led the HR department. Melissa holds a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
