Alfonso Araujo has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.
Starting in 2004, they worked as a Supervisor and Commissioning Engineer at Lucent Technologies, where they programmed cell site equipment, planned work for contractors, and maintained documentation.
In 2006, they joined Huawei as a Wireless Customer Support Leader, creating the support department in Venezuela and ensuring quality customer service in wireless networks. Alfonso later became a Project Director, responsible for recruitment, service quality, and operational improvements.
From 2014 to 2016, Alfonso worked at PointVerde as a Service Delivery Manager. Alfonso redesigned installation processes, developed the maintenance area as a new product line, and identified operational improvements for efficiency.
At PointVerde, from 2016 to 2018, they served as an Operational Director, managing quality levels in various service areas, executing strategic plans, and aligning company strategies.
In 2018, they joined Nae as a PMO (Project Management Officer) for a few months, before moving on to MedUX. At MedUX, they held the position of Director of Operations Services in Mexico, leading the introduction of their MEDUX solution, which focuses on improving customer digital experiences.

Alfonso Araujo attended the Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering and successfully completed their studies, earning the title of Ingeniero en Electrónica.
