Monica Clare

Monica Clare has extensive work experience in the veterinary field. Monica currently serves as the Medical Director of MedVet Campbell and MedVet Mountain View since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Emergency and Critical Care Specialist at Adobe Animal Hospital in Los Altos and Los Gatos from 2015 to 2020. Monica also held the position of Director of the Emergency and Critical Care Department at Veterinary Specialty Hospital from 2008 to 2014. Before this, they were the Director of the ECC Residency Program at ANIMAL SURGICAL & EMERGENCY CENTER from 2006 to 2008 and worked as a Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Specialist at CITY OF ANGELS VETERINARY SPECIALTY CENTER, LLC in 2005 to 2006. Monica's career began as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) through the Japan Exchange & Teaching Program Alumni Association of Northern CA from 1994 to 1996.

Monica Clare attended Bryn Mawr College from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Monica then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
