Taj Rai

Taj Rai has been in the recruitment industry since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Linear Recruitment Ltd, where they successfully built their desk from scratch. In 2015, they joined COREcruitment Ltd as Head of Talent - FMCG & Supply Chain - EMEA, leading the international FMCG division and managing and mentoring teams. Taj was also responsible for devising and implementing recruitment strategies and training plans. In 2020, they joined MEDWING as Head of UK Temp & Locum Recruitment, leading the development and delivery of temp staffing strategies and solutions for MEDWING UK.
