Charles F. has extensive work experience in the elevator industry. Charles most recently worked at Medxcel Facilities Management as a National Program Manager, overseeing elevator operations in healthcare networks across multiple states. Prior to that, they served as a New Installation Superintendent and Operations Manager at Otis Elevator Co., where they managed field operations for new equipment installations and drove revenue growth. Charles also worked at KONE Americas as a Senior Construction Superintendent/Project Manager, supervising field crews and managing safety programs. Earlier in their career, they held roles at ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas, where they served as a Construction Supervisor/Internal Consultant and led construction projects and implemented best practices. Charles began their professional career in the US Army, where they achieved the rank of Captain and served as a Fire Support and Direction Officer, Battery Leader, and Battery Company Executive Officer.
