Jeanette Colter

Jeanette Colter, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resource Operations Supervisor at Medxcel Facilities Management since December 2020, following a long tenure at Sodexo from 1994 to August 2020. In previous roles at Sodexo, Jeanette held titles such as Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager within the Healthcare Segment, providing regional HR support to thousands of employees across multiple states, and managing policy standardization and employee engagement initiatives. Jeanette's experience also includes overseeing HR administration for military and federal sites and delivering HR support for corporate services.
