In 2018, Harmeet joined AirAsia India as a Customer Service Officer for six months before moving to IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) in November. At IndiGo, Harmeet initially served as a Customer Service Officer until May 2020, after which they were promoted to the role of Customer Service Executive until September 2021.
