Elise Konadu Ahenkorah, MBA, CCIP, PROSCI, CPHR(C), is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culture and inclusion strategies, currently serving as the Lead Culture and Inclusion Strategist and Keynote Speaker at Inclusion Factor since September 2017. A distinguished advisor to Fortune 500 companies and global organizations, Ahenkorah has successfully built and scaled enterprise-wide learning programs for over 10,000 employees. In addition to roles at MEG Energy Corp. and Tourism Calgary, Ahenkorah founded #shemeets, empowering women of colour through mentorship and community support, earning recognition as a 2021 Women of Worth Honouree.
