Renier Botha

Renier Botha is an experienced power engineer currently employed at MEG Energy Corp since February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing power systems. Prior to this role, Renier worked at Imperial Oil from July 2009 to March 2016 as an Operator - Power Engineer, serving as Lead Operator for units that include Steam Generation, Process, and Water Reuse while also mentoring new employees. Renier holds a 3rd Class Power Engineer degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
