Laura van de Weyer is the Head of HR Operational Excellence at MEGABAD GmbH. Previously, she worked at EAT HAPPY GROUP as the Teamlead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Prior to that, she held roles at Metallmanufaktur van de Weyer, Lidl in Deutschland, Gucci, Bally, and 3M in various sales and marketing positions. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences.
