Adam Hodges

Adam Hodges has extensive experience in the fitness industry. Adam worked at Life Time Inc. from 2009 to 2022, starting as a Personal Trainer before progressing to roles such as Personal Training Assistant Department Head and Personal Training Department Head. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club's Personal Training business and ensuring the success of their employees. Adam joined MegaCorp Logistics in 2022 as the National Logistics Manager.

Adam Hodges attended East Carolina University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health Education and Promotion.
