Beauty Ogbonna

Beauty Ogbonna is an experienced Human Resources professional who has worked in various capacities in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Megawatts Nigeria Limited, Beauty is responsible for ensuring compliance with employment standards and company policies, as well as providing support in resolving employee relations issues. Prior to this role, Beauty held positions at Kakatar Group and National Youth Service Corps where Beauty gained experience in handling claims of unfair treatment, policy violations, and assisting in organizational change initiatives. Beauty holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from Abia State University and is currently pursuing an MSc in International Human Resource Management at Rome Business School Nigeria.
