Vahid Badii

Vahid Badii is an accomplished engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and formerly as Senior Staff Engineer at Meggitt Safety Systems since 2002, Vahid's career includes roles as Senior Systems Engineer at Boeing Satellite Systems and Senior RF Engineer at Whittaker Safety Systems. Vahid also dedicated a significant portion of career to academia as Assistant/Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Purdue University from 1988 to 1998, specializing in microwave engineering, antennas, and communication systems. Education includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science from Penn State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
